Outstanding company

Ordered Friday and received parcel on the next day. Absolutely outstanding packaging. Love the hoodie. Can’t fault it the company at all.

Mixed feelings.

Mixed feelings.
The items came promptly, packed in a nice box. I needed to exchange sizes and that was easy.
Unfortunately, I compared their size guide to items I already own, the XL I ordered (hoody and jumper, same brand) were 2 and 1 size too big respectively. They let me exchange through the app, no problem. The second time I tried to exchange, they won't let me online so I call and they confirm the exchange. I send back the hoody (with the nice box it came in), and they refund me instead of exchange. Now they presumably expect me to repurchase the item and pay postage again. No thanks.

What happened to this company?

What happened to Mr. Porter?? This used to be a great service and company. Not anymore. Baffled by the fact that whoever is in charge there let things get this bad. Customer service is non existent (outsourced to some random overseas location). Delivery options no longer self selected. They’ll decide how it ships, even if you pick the so called premier service option. They just discount you that selection and seemingly believe it is okay to not tell you and to deliver things as per the customers choice. I really hope they get acquired by someone who’s willing to take the brand and service back to how it was in its heyday.

An absolute disgrace

An absolute disgrace. On September 06, 2022 I waited for my DHL delivery at home. They were supposed to ask for my signature, which I clearly requested as DHL and Mr Porter prompted me at least four times to allow DHL to deliver without signature. Despite this, the parcel was delivered to a wrong address without signature(!) and for a week now I have been chasing Mr Porter to secure a refunds as they are unable to locate the delivery. Avoid at all costs - they are unprofessional and ignorant.

Ignorant Customer Service Team

Issue with order, emailed as soon as I recieved last Wednesday and was told the same day this was being looked into and would take 24 to 48 hours, I gave it until Sunday and was given a generic response, when pressed the next person told me my photos had JUST been forwarded (again) and would take 3 to 5 days. When asked for clarification (at least 3 times) not once did they answer my query, instead outright ignoring giving me a generic response. I still don't know the progress of this and when I can expect and outcome as I didn't recieve a response to my question at all.

No shock they've added a generic reply below this to save face. No doubt I'll never get an email or a response about my issue...

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Returned an item on 31st August and have been told to wait over a month for a refund. The line was "I am sorry". The item was very expensive and the treatment I have received completely unacceptable. Do not recommend and will not be shopping here again.

Lost order / no refund

My order 1006Z8FQV2221J was delivered somewhere else, not to me! DHL did a mistake, and now refusing to pay a claim to mrporter. Not fault of mrporter of the wrong delivery, but not my fault too. If Im not refunded I'll take mrporter to the small claim court soon.

Avoid !

Avoid !! Read the reviews. The service is none existent, call centres are based in Asia , the call handlers can’t speak a whole sentence in English, they just don’t understand you , it took me 11 called to arrange a return, I have re purchase from flannel’s because I can’t go through the pain of this again.

Customer service: zero points.

My package didn’t arrive/is lost/got stolen, reported it 5 weeks ago, got several copy/paste emails and today received the final mind blowing email.
The package was left at my rear door and since my rear door isn’t showing on Google it’s a “safe place” and other packages did arrive in the past too (left at the front door) The fact that you can only reach my rear door by entering a code at 2 gates, is just a small detail….
So just order here if you pay with PayPal, then you can ask a refund when your package get lost.

Edit: After this post I received an other copy/paste email with exactly the same text as in all the ones before (they are busy with it and I really need to check out their new added pieces), they only change their names.

Just Sad and Pitiful

If you choose willingly to go in a forsaken place in the middle of nowhere you will receive better customer service.
I would like to mention first that I specifically ticked the box saying that I WANT to sign for the parcel, and same I did with the DHL while it being processed and dispatched. Delivered in a different time slot, to a neighbour and a picture attached of my neighbour's door.

Ordered two items different sizes to check which fits me better, received one only. I was told the investigation will take up to three weeks, well, but it took five (probably needed to find a Sherlock Holmes), and I kept receiving bot mails every 3-4 days with their apologies for the inconvenience and the delay, same emails, but different agent names, and every damn email ending with 'if you want to shop with us visit our www, check new offers and promotions' like I certainly cared about this stuff when I received such a service with my first order. Should have checked trustpilot first.
Chat service with agents awful, speaking like they gifted me the order and now I am complaining. And also, the agents send you emails on which you can not reply, they just keep bouncing back. I would probably start learning sewing my own clothes then buying from them again.

And they just closed the case like it never happened.

Will try to follow this up with my bank, because talking to MRP is like talking to a tree.

Is MrPorter a scam or a legit company?

I ordered 2 shirts from the mr. Porter app and finally received my order today. However they sent me the same shirt twice instead of what I ordered. I reached out to their 24/7 customer service and the rep told me I ordered the same shirt twice. I had to email her a screenshot of the app as well as my invoice number to prove I did not before she would help me. I was then told I have to return the shirt, wait for a refund and buy the shirt I originally ordered again. I asked to speak to a manager who was also of no help and disputed with me to then be told the shirt was sold out and just create a return and wait for a refund. Will NEVER shop here again. End clothing, saks 5th ave, ssense and a lot of other sites offer the same items without the sketchiness. Buyer beware.
